Softshare goes live

Bishopsgate can now accept 'real time' bookings from their clients own sales order processing system directly into the Bishopsgate Traffic Management System.

Known internally as Softshare this ensures a smooth flow of information from the client to Bishopsgate throughout the day rather than receiving 1 single file transfer at the end of the day.

"This initiative improves the flow of information from the client to the Bishopsgate Operations Team and really helps scheduling and planning at the sharp end"
